It's remarkable how immediately the process works - the pain in my hip disappeared after one top-up treatment.  I still don't understand exactly how it works, but I would have reflexology regularly because I find it so relaxing.

I just wanted to let you know that the check-up you suggested I had with my GP was very useful.  I am now undergoing thyroid function tests.

Now my back and knees are so much better, this will be another area to work on!

I just wanted to let you know that the hand reflexology you showed me worked like magic!  Driving back from the airport last week, my sinus headache was so bad I had to pull over.  My wife reminded me about the reflexology treatment, so I worked on my hand for about 5 minutes and the pressure in my sinuses cleared.  I was able to drive home without any further problems or pain, much to my wife's relief!

I apologise for being such a cynic!  The day after my treatment, my ear infection had cleared up and I was able to fly to Spain without any pain or need for antibiotics - it was such a relief.
